We offer free shipping in Canada for all order over $100 and a flat rate of $15 to the USA.
All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post using the delivery method selected at checkout.
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving it (excludes holidays and weekends). When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email.
All of our shipments originate in Canada. Depending on your country of residence, you may be required to pay import taxes or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange or credit once we receive the items back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unworn and unwashed.
To do an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you confirming the exchange, along with the address to ship your items to. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will send out your replacement right away.
Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement items.
Please note that all sale items are final sale. We do not provide refunds.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER:
To make a change or cancel an order, you have up to 1 hour to get in touch from the time you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your request is made outside of the 1-hour window, the original order will be processed and shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or concerns.
If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please email us as soon as possible. There is a 15-day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
