RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange or credit. Please note exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in original condition.
To do an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will confirm the exchange along with the address to ship your items to. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will send out your replacement package right away.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement package.
All sale items are final sale. We do not provide refunds.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER:
To make a change or cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request within 1 hour from the time you checkout. We will try our best to accommodate changes, however if your request is made outside of the 1-hour window, the original order will be shipped.
